Peggy, I really do believe Brian is right here. This is the only family that has a James Samuel Fargher, as well as being of the right age. He is my great great grandfather, and I have a photo of him with what we thought was a brother, and although Peggy was too young to remember James Samuel (she probably did not meet him at all, being so young when he died in Barrow), she did think the other chap had a look of Tommy, so we think it is Tommy.
