The Poor House was at Strang, Braddan . It became the Mannin Infirmary (an old folks home) before being demolished. There is one small record book in the Museum Library with the names of some of the residents but it did not have the name of my ancestor who I know died there in 1851. Depending on the years concerned you may find who you are looking for in the census records.
