I live in South Australia and all my family are the only Kerruish's in the state. My Great Grandfather was John William Kerruish & his wife was Alice Kerruish (nee Marshall). They arrived in Aust in 1883ish on a ship called Euterpe in Sydney. They lived in Heversham in the Lakes district after their marriage but John William Kerruish was born on Isle of Man. I cannot find his birth registry and am not sure of his parents. There may be a connection, I am not sure. JWK was a stone mason and travelled around a lot from what I can gather.
