The IGI lists a Thomas Qualtrough bapt 7 March 1847 Rushen but with no parent information. Who are his parents?

The IGI also lists a Thomas Qualtrough having married 27 November 1879 This time there is no spouse information. Who was his wife?

At this time I do not know if the above Thomas's are the same person. I am hoping they are as I have just found a Thomas Qualtrough and his wife in Buffalo, NY USA in 1880. I am hoping this Thomas above is the one and same in all instances.
