I have Robert Starkweather listed as my eighth great-grandfather. Then John Starkweather b. 8/2/1646; John b. 9/16/1680; John b. 6/11/1722; Hannah b.about 1753 m. Stephen Branch b. 4/1/1744; Elisha Branch b.6/15/1785; William Henry Branch b.8/9/1820; Olive Branch b. 12/19/1878; Aurelia Millburn b.12/7/1897; Kenneth Lund b.12/27/20; Susan Lund b.12/22/42.

Robert Starkweather is said to have been born before 1640 on the Isle of Man. He died in 1674 in Ipswich, Massachusetts. He married Jeanette Roberts after 1640 in Roxbury, MA. They may have had other children, but I do not know their names. I have no information on how Robert Starkweather arrived in New England and I do not know of other Isle of Man immigrants in those early days. Perhaps you have some information about that.
